Welcome to Phase Two of the Junk Yard Zetec Project.

Phase One dealt with the acquisition of an auto salvage yard Ford Zetec ZX3 motor which was then built up into a Sports Car Club of America General Competition Rules compliant Formula Continental power plant.  The report pertaining to that phase of the project can be found at http://www.junkyardzetec.com.

This phase of the project pertains to the process followed to adapt an older Formula Continental chassis to accept and accommodate the newer Zetec motor.

As was the case with the initial phase of the endeavor, this is something akin to an open source project.  All comments, suggestions, criticisms and perspectives are welcomed.
